The Link-On Training Centre is used to educate employees in mandatory outside plant, aerial and underground construction practices that help ensure all safety and performance standards are achieved. In addition, valuable customer interaction training is provided to teach skills related to etiquette, rapport, active listening, problem solving, conflict resolution, managing customer expectations and creating customer loyalty.
