Outsourced sector specific certified training is provided by: IHSA, Industrial Safety Trainers, Stephenson’s, Altec, St. Johns Ambulance for:
- First Aid, CPR, AED, Working at Heights, Aerial Platform, Bucket Rescue, Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Forklift, Electrical, Confined Spaces, Trenching and Shoring, and Hydro Vac etc.
The Link-On Training Facility is designed and used to educate technicians for theoretical and practical hands-on and training simulations for telecommunications outside plant, fiber optic, aerial, burial, and underground construction methodology to ensure all safety and performance standards are achieved. In addition, valuable customer interaction training is also provided to teach skills related to etiquette, rapport, active listening, problem solving, conflict resolution, managing customer expectations and creating customer loyalty.
